Asheesh Advani is the CEO of Junior Achievement Worldwide and the Board Chair of Prosperity Now. With a background in innovation and entrepreneurship, Asheesh is well versed in starting new business ventures, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset.
He started as a consultant studying growth through industrial clusters as a source of entrepreneurship and innovation, and then went on to form his first venture, CircleLending, which was sold to Richard Branson’s Virgin Group in 2007. Since then, he’s gone on to work as a corporate executive, author of business books, active member of nonprofit boards related to entrepreneurship, as well as a magazine columnist. He is also an occasional commenter in media outlets such as NPR, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
In addition to his work with JA and the various boards, Asheesh also travels for speaking events, including education and innovation conferences.
