You’ve got people to train. I get it. The fact is a lot of people just won’t return. Change is hard and excuses are an easy trap to fall into. Excuses. You know we all resist change. Not only do you resist change, I resist change. I have someone call me on the phone every day. We’re going to talk about it. Why? My name is Marshall Goldsmith. When it comes to change, it’s a belief system we fall back on and we use it not to accomplish what we know we can do, not to accomplish what’s really important. Belief triggers can trigger failure before it even happens. It sets us up for failure. We can use belief triggers to justify our, our inaction. And you know what else we can do?
