“Believe it or not, one of the best ways to increase your own happiness at work is to help your coworkers and teammates fulfill their basic needs. Before I get to talking about the things you can do to help your coworkers fulfill their basic needs at work, however, let’s first measure how well your organization is helping you meet your basic needs.
