The Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce (WRRC) is partnering with Methods of 100 Coaches (Methods) to deliver a small business leadership development program, Owner Circles. Business leaders participating in the program will utilize the Methods business and leadership training system in a cohort model to enhance their business acumen and leadership capacity.
“We are excited for the opportunity to share knowledge from the top business executive coaches in the world with Wichita-area business leaders,” said Angie Elliott, Vice President of Engagement and Small Business. “The interactive online training courses plus the monthly meetings will help our cohorts get the most out of the experience as they broaden their leadership capacity.”
The Owner Circles program will focus on five areas including entrepreneurship, employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership and performance, and community contribution and involvement.
“We are thrilled to partner with Angie and her team at the Wichita Chamber. We know chamber of commerce teams encounter challenges when bringing new programs to their business communities. When resources are tight, it can be difficult to provide meaningful training and development experiences,” said Eloy Mendoza, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Methods of 100 Coaches. “We believe this is a win-win situation for our partners at the chamber and the amazing local business leaders that will participate in the program. Our Methods training system will provide exclusive business leadership content and the necessary tools, like workbooks to prompt cohort discussions, to help everyone be successful in their training journey.”
The Owner Circles program began in January 2022.
