With his over two decades of experience, Chester Elton is one of the world’s most influential voices in workplace culture trends. His conspicuous approach to managing change, driving innovations, and leading multi-generational workforces has placed him at the very top of his Field. He is co-author of the multiple award-winning New York Times and #1 USA Today and Wall Street Journal best-selling leadership books, All In, The Carrot Principle, and The Best Team Wins. His books have been translated into more than 30 languages and have sold more than 1.5 million copies worldwide.

Born in Canada, Chester received his B.A. in Communications from Brigham Young University. He began his career in marketing, before moving on to leadership training and workplace development in 1992.

In 2011, Chester and his business partner, Adrian Gostick, co-founded The Culture Works, a company designed to provide businesses with the training they need to keep their employees engaged. Together, they also co-authored multiple award-winning New York Times and #1 USA Today and Wall Street Journal best-selling leadership books, including The Carrot Principle, All In, and May the Best Team Win.

With his leadership coaching, Chester has worked with a number of high profile clients, including AT&T, American Express, and Procter & Gamble.

Chester Elton is father to four children, and currently lives in New York with his wife, Heidi.
