Erica Dhawan is a highly-lauded keynote speaker, author, and podcast host who specializes in the use of connectional intelligence to drive success in leadership spaces. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Erica Dhawan started her education at the Wharton School of Business, followed by an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and an MPA at the Harvard Kennedy School. She began her professional career by teaching courses on leadership and management before eventually starting and running her own company, Cotential, which specializes in helping companies innovate through connection and innovation.
